You may now order any item on our website from the comfort of your own home and have it delivered right to your door!

All you need to do is register yourself as a user by entering some basic information and assign yourself a password or alternatively select the goods you wish to purchase and checkout as a guest. The online shopping process is simple and only requires that you follow the onscreen prompts.

When you’ve placed your order, please check your email for your order confirmation.


We use local courier services for deliveris. Our delivery service is available Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). We endevour to deliver orders on the next working day if orders are recorded before noon. Our couries service providers  will contact you prior to delivery which is why it is mandatory to give us your mobile phone number. If upon a delivery attempt you are not available to answer your door, our couriers will reattempt the delivery upon our next delivery run, usually on the next working day. You will be required to sign a PoD (proof of delivery) document. If you have not paid online through Paypal, our courier will request and collect payment. 

Delivery charges for online shopping are as follows;

  • Free for orders over € 100 delivered in Malta.
  • A €5 charge (Ex VAT) applies for orders below €100 in Malta & Gozo.

Due to the COVID-19 epidemic until further notice, we are not charging for deliveries to any location.


Advice & Assistance
We are always prepared and trained to offer advice about the goods or services you will be purchasing.

Once we have received and processed your order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. We strive to meet the established Delivery Date and time but this is dependent on successful authorization of payment and stock availability. In the rare event of a delay, we will contact you by email / telephone before your Delivery Date.

All transactions/orders carried out on this website are concluded in English.

Please note that prices are subject to market conditions and therefore may change without notice. Certain products may be withdrawn from sale at any time or may not be continuously available as part of our inventory


All prices shown on the website are inclusive of 18% VAT.


Methods of Payment
We currently accept PayPal payments in Euro currency only. Please note that we will only ship to confirmed addresses on your PayPal account. We will ship the goods when the funds reach our account.


Right to Cancellation and Returns
You reserve the right to cancel and return your order within 14 working days for any reason and with no justification. You must inform us in writing by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your decision to cancel. We will then provide you with a withdrawal form which you can fill in and return to us.

Goods must be sent back to us within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. All goods must be returned in their original packaging including all packaging, accessories etc. Return postage costs will not be refunded. Local collection for returns can be carried out at a minimum charge of €5.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (15 to 20 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.


Specially ordered items such as Gift Vouchers are not returnable. If these items are found to be damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 days for replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns older than 30 days.


Damaged Or Missing Goods Posted By Parcel Carrier
We thoroughly inspect all items prior to shipment. We suggest that you also thoroughly inspect the items before accepting delivery. If damage is apparent, refuse delivery or if your parcel is left without a signature and damage is found, please contact our Customer Service immediately at +356 21801157. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Most claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of delivery.


We respect your privacy. All personal information you provide us is kept confidential. We do not rent, trade, or sell your personal information. All credit card information is not processed by us but by PayPal and we therefore do not store any credit card information. Please see out Privacy Policy for more details.
